How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 15 days, including 3–5 days processing and 7–10 days shipping. You will receive the tracking number, and you can track your package once your order ships.
Will the print fade or peel after washing?
No, we use high-definition sublimation printing for vibrant, long-lasting colors that stay sharp, even after machine washing.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and can no longer be canceled or modified. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order is lost in transit or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us right away. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll either issue a full refund or send a free replacement using an express shipping service - whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is our priority!
